| 摘 要： | 档案信息化是档案事业适应时代和社会发展的必然选择,作为提高高校档案管理和档案服务水平的一项系统工程,高校档案信息化建设在认识、管理和质量上还存在一些问题。要解决这些问题,必须进行档案信息化建设整体规划,不断完善管理制度,拓宽信息采集渠道,提高标准化水平。同时,要切实加强档案管理人才建设。

| Abstract: | Archive informatization is necessary for the file business to adapt to the times and the development of the society. As a systems engineering to improve the management of files,the university archive remains some problems in perception,management and quality. A series of work is on schedule as to program the construction of the informationalization of files,consummate the management system,develop the channel of information,raise the standardization level,and enhance the cultivation of the talent in file business. |
