| Abstract: | The national government＇s top economic and financial institutions, the Four-Bank Office founded in the early years of the Anti-Japanese War, Implementing the industrial and mining lending policy to meet the need of the Anti-Japanese War situation, and constantly adjusting the industrial and mining loan policy so as to take advantage of the money of the national bureau to enhance the move and development of the rear areas. It plays a significant role in consolidating the rear economy, supplying the front, thus it is beneficial to the war against Japan. |
