摘    要:青年教师是高校师资的生力军,也是高校可持续发展的重要因素.后现代语境下,教师发展走向了多元化、去中心化的趋势,不再局限于传统的外化培训.在这样的形势下,高校青年教师需要多维、自主、内生的专业发展范式.本文以青年外语教师为例,对后现代语境下青年教师和高校应当如何有效作为,构建教师专业发展的文化生态,以及如何推动高校青年教师发展的策略进行了探讨.

Abstract:Young teachers are the fresh strength of staff in colleges and the important factor of colleges' sustaining development. In the postmodernism context, teacher development is no longer limited by external training, and what college young teachers need is but multi-dimensional, active and internal development. Taking FLT young teachers as examples, this paper explores how the cultural ecology can be constructed and how FLT teachers develop well based on the cooperative efforts of teachers themselves and the college.
