| 摘 要： | 高等教育的大众化客观上促进了我国大学新校区的形成。目前,新校区的办学资源短缺、校区分散、信息不畅等特点,使新校区的学生事务管理存在诸多难题。借鉴美国高校学生事务管理的经验,在新校区学生事务管理中采用＂导生制＂,可提高新校区学生事务管理的有效性。

| Abstract: | The popularization of higher education objectively forces Chinese universities to develop their new campuses.Understandably,many problems arise in handling student affairs due to lack of resources and inefficient communication resulting from the dispersion of school campuses.Borrowing ideas from the American universities,we can adopt Monitorial System in new college campuses to enhance the effectiveness in handling student affairs. |
