有氧运动对女性II型糖尿病患者HDL成熟的影响

摘    要:目的:分析空腹和餐后,有氧运动对II糖尿病患者血浆脂蛋白特性、前B1一HDL浓度、体外HDL,清除巨噬细胞胆固醇和抑制LDL氧化能力的作用。方法:受试者分为三组,健康对照组(A,n=11);II糖尿病运动组(B,n=11);II糖尿病不运动组(C,n=11)。A和B组进行4个月的有氧运动。所有受试者都进行一次脂肪餐负荷试验以分析各种参数的基础值和最后值。结果:运动没有改变体重、BMI、血浆总胆固醇、LDL、HDL、TG、胰岛素浓度和HOMA—IR,但是降低了腰围。HDL3没有变化,有氧运动没有改变其清除细胞胆固醇的能力。糖尿病患者进行有氧运动能改善饥饿状态下HDL,阻止LDL最大氧化率能力的15%,降低餐后血浆前β1-HDL浓度,表明增加前β1-HDL向大的、更加成熟的HDL转化。就此而言,规律的有氧运动增加健康人空腹和餐后的HDL2和TG,增加糖尿病患者空腹时HDL2和TG。结论:研究结果显示糖尿病患者进行有氧运动改善HDL抑制LDL氧化的效力,帮助HDL成熟。这个结果不依赖于胰岛素抵抗的改变和血浆HDL浓度的变化。

THE EFFECT OF AEROBIC EXERCISE ON HDL MATURATION OF WOMEN WITH TYPE II DIABETES

Abstract:This paper is to analyze,under fasting and postprandial situations, effects of aerobic training on inhibition of LDL oxidation capacity of plasma, lipoprotein characteristics, and the concentration of pro-β 1-HDL,HDL3 removal in vitro macrophage cholesterol in patients with II diabetic. As for the methods,the subjects are divided into three groups:healthy control group (A,n=11),II diabetic exercise group (B,n=11),II diabetes sedentary group (C,n=11).The A and B groups go through 4 months of aerobic exercise. All subjects are based on the analysis of various parameters of a fat load test value and final value. As for the results,the movement did not alter body weight,BMI, plasma total cholesterol,LDL, HDL,TG,insulin and HOMA-IR, however, reducing the waist circumference. There is no change in HDL3, and aerobic exercise did not change its ability to scavenge intracellular cholesterol. Patients with diabetes through aerobic exercise can improve the starvation HDL3 to stop LDL maximum oxidation rate capacity of 15%,reducing postprandial plasma before the concentration of β 1-HDL, and β 1-HDL increases before conversion becomes more mature to HDL.In this regard, regular aerobic exercise can increase healthy people's fasting and postprandial HDL2 and TG, and fasting HDL2 and TG of diabetic patients. As for the conclusion,the results show that patients with diabetes have effects of aerobic exercise on improving HDL inhibiting LDL oxidation, helping HDL maturation. This result does not depend on the change in the change of insulin resistance and plasma concentration of HDL.
