| 摘 要： | 体育教学应该是面向全体学生的教学，是能促进学生各方面素质全面发展的教学。而目前形势下。高职院校体育教学在经过一轮课程改革之后，依然面对这样一种困惑，即教师在面对课堂教学中参差不齐的学生水平，如何才能适应不同学生的需求，解决“教什么，学什么，怎么教，怎么学”的问题，这是摆在体育教师面前一座亟待于搬走的大山。重视个体差异，开展分层教学与研究，将是解决这一问题的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Physical education is a teaching activity for all students to promote their all-round qualities. But in the current situation, after a round of curriculum reform, physical education in higher vocational colleges still cannot get out of a puzzle, that is, how the teachers can meet the demands of different levels of students when faced with student＇s uneven levels in class, especially in solving what should be educated and studied and how, which is an urgent problem to be solved by physical education teachers. The effective way to solve the problem is to lay emphasis on individual differences and implement the lamination teaching and study. |
