| 摘 要： | 2013年斯大林逝世60周年之际，俄罗斯和原苏联各加盟共和国的人民以各种方式怀念这位伟大人物。在经历了苏联解体和国家政治经济转轨的阵痛之后，俄罗斯民众更加能够以平和的心态去评价“国父”，斯大林的形象正经历一个“去妖魔化”的转变，斯大林主义研究在俄罗斯也是方兴未艾。

| Abstract: | Zhi Li He Qu Shu is an unfinished work of water conservancy records about rivers canals in Zhili areas. The book was writ- ten by Zhao Yiqing, Dai Zhen, etc. in the employ of the Zhili Governor Fang Guancheng. Ji Fu An fan Zhi is a book of water conser- vancy records written by Wang Lvtai, an official of Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty. The book was published in jeweled edition by Hall of Martial Valor. Then, many a scholars have discussed the relationship between the two books. Duan Yucai, Miao Quansun, and Liang Qichao thought that the latter book was a plagiarism of the former one. Hu Shi wrote articles and argued that the book had no relationship with Zbi Li He Qu Shu. Through further research and analysis, it is no doubt that Ji Fu An Lan Zhi is a pirate modification of Zhi Li He Qu Shu. The plagiarist is not Wang Lvtai but his father, Wang Kun. |
