| 摘 要： | 小微企业是国民经济的重要组成部分，在促进经济增长，扩大就业，推动技术创新和调整优化经济结构等领域发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文重点分析商业银行支持小微企业所面临的政策、法律等问题。提出了金融在支持小微企业发展中，一方面要加强立法和政策指引，完善小微企业自身发展和融资的法律环境。另一方面要拓宽小微企业的融资渠道，完善小微企业金融服务体系建设。

| Abstract: | Small micro enterprises are an important part of national economy.They are more and more playing an important role in promoting economic growth, expanding employment, promoting technological innovation and adjusting and optimizing economic structure and other fields.The essay focuses on analyzing the policy and law of commercial banks to support small micro enterprises.The authors put forwards the financial support in small micro enterprise development.On one hand, we must strengthen the legislation and policy guidance, improve small micro enterprise itself development and financing legal environment. On the other hand,we must broaden the small micro enterprise financing channels, improving small micro enterprise financial service system construction. |
