| 摘 要： | 物业管理在我国属于新兴行业,高职院校的物业管理专业教育则是顺应行业发展的需要而发展起来的新兴教育领域。因为物业管理专业是新兴专业,发展历程还比较短,各方面都还不尽完善,存在着不少问题,需要我们去认真研究对待,并探寻发展改革之道。本文旨在通过分析高职物业管理专业的发展现状、存在的问题及其原因,并据此提出一条展现高职教育特色、适应市场需求、突出职业能力的物业管理专业发展改革思路。

| Abstract: | The property management is an emerging industry in China,property management education in higher vocational colleges is the emerging field of education to adapt to the needs of industry development.Because the property management major is the emerging specialty,the development history is short and not perfect,there are many problems,we should consider to treat seriously,and explore the development and reform.This paper through the analysis of present situation,existing problems and their causes of property management major in higher vocational college to put forward the development and reform ideas that showing the characteristics of higher vocational education,meeting the market demand,outstanding occupation ability of professional property management. |
