摘    要:提出一种具有自动位置补偿功能的缺陷检测技术,有效地提取图像的缺陷信息.通过CCD实时准确地采集图像,利用特征提取与边缘检测对图像进行操作,运用多种图像处理技术,结合PLC自动控制,对缺陷信息进行自动检测,从而实现边缘检测与自动位置补偿的有机结合,在环形区域的缺陷检测上得到很好的应用.

Image Processing Technique of Defect Detection Based on Automatic Position Compensation
Abstract:The paper discusses a kind of defect detection technique that be of the function of automatic position compensation, which can distill the edge information of the image effectively. Gather the image accurately through CCD, and carry on the pretreatment to the image being using on the characteristic distilled and edge detection. Using on many kinds of technology of image processing, and combining with PLC control automatically, the technology can detect the defect information automatically very well. It combines the edge detection with automatic position compensation. It have the value of application and study in the field of image processing.
