| Abstract: | Tlesauri provides a hierarchically structured set of terms about which a community has reached consensus. After discussing thesaurus, ontology and the relationship between them, this article put forward a concept - based method for converting existing thesauri and related resources from their native format to RDF （S） and OWL. |
