| 摘 要： | 运用Cattell－16PF量表对优秀男子竞走运动员的个性特征进行了测量与评价。通过分析及与大学生、优秀女子竞走运动员的比较，揭示优秀男子竞走运动员的个性特征，为竞走的选材和训练提供参考。

| Abstract: | Using Cattell-16PF Questionnaire, the authors measure and comment the personality characteristics of elite male race walkers. Through analysing and comparing with college male stu-dents and elite female race walkers, we try to reveal the personality characteristics of elite male race walkers and provide information about the selection of race walkers and the training to them. |
