公文写作教学中常见错误浅析

摘    要:公文是行政机关在处理公务时形成的具有法定效力和规范体制的公务文书,它具有政策性、指导性、规范性的特点。公文写作要求内容准确简明,格式规范得体,语言严谨庄重,具有权威性。文章针对公文写作中存在的问题,从公文文种选择错误、相同文种不同类型混用、公文标题的拟写及格式不规范四个方面,结合案例进行分析,指出公文写作中的难点,供公文写作者借鉴。

Abstract:Official documents are often used to handle some public affairs in the administrative organs which are very standard and lawful. They are usually characterized by policy introduction and norm. In an official document, its content should be accurate and concise; its style should be standard and befit; its language should be compact and serious. With some specific cases, this thesis will demonstrate the topic from the following 4 aspects: the mistakes in the choose of the genre of the official documents; the confusion of different types with the same genre; the preparation for the theme the informality in the style. Thus, it will help us make sense of the difficult points in writing, in this way the writers are able to make full use of it.
