| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，我国的出口贸易发展迅速，出口规模进一步扩大，出口结构进一步改善，一般贸易和加工贸易同步发展，带动了我国经济的持续增长。但我国出口贸易在高速发展中也面临一些制约因素，具有自主知识产权和品牌的产品不多；粗放型外贸发展模式限制出口商品的国际竞争力：各种贸易壁垒制约我国出口贸易发展；世界经济面临许多不确定性及各种非经济因素对出口贸易的影响等。今后一段时间，我们要加快转变外贸增长方式，加快实施“走出去”战略，建立应对贸易摩擦的预警机制和磋商机制，优化环境以扩大利用外商直接投资及利用外交等手段创造良好的出口贸易环境，以推动我国出口贸易的良性发展。

| Abstract: | Since the implementation of reform and opening policy,the export trade in our country has been accelerated.However,the export trade in our country also meets with some restraining factors: few products with intellectual copyrights and their own brands,lack of international competitive force due to the rough mode of export trade,various trade barriers hindering the development of export trade,and many other unknown and non-economic factors.Hence,we need to convert the patterns of export trade by adopting the strategy of "going out",establishing pre-warning system and negotiating system to deal with trade conflicts,and optimizing trading environment so as to facilitate the development of export trade in our country. |
