| 摘 要： | 篮球运动员的篮球意识的培养要渗透在日常的技、战术训练中，同时注重运动员心理素质和知识结构的改善和提高．根据篮球运动项目的特殊性，建议采用适宜的运动心理学训练手段培养和提高篮球运动员的篮球意识．希望为广大教师和教练员在教学与训练中有计划、有目的、有步骤地培养篮球运动员的篮球意识提供参考．
