| 摘 要： | 随着我国法治化建设的不断完善和教育改革的深入,高校法治化进程取得了重大成就,但仍存在不足,原有的管理理念、管理行为不能适合高等教育大众化的要求。高校要健康持续发展,实现法治的价值目标,应以社会主义法治理念为指导,积极探索法治高校建设,健全制度,用法律规范和约束高校办学行为,依法自主管理,保障师生合法权利,理顺关系,促进社会和谐稳定,实现社会公平正义。

| Abstract: | With the construction of Chinese rule of law,continuous improvement and deepening of education reform.The process of rule of law in campus has made significant achievements.But there is still insufficient.Existing management concept,administrative behaviors cannot meet the requirements of higher education.In order to develop soundly and sustainable and achieve the goal and realize value the rule of law,colleges and universities should be guided by the socialist concept of rule of law,and actively explore the construction of the rule of law,improve the system.The behaviors of colleges and universities are subject to the regulation and restraint of the rule of law.Their self-management in campus should be carried out according to law,they should protect the legitimate rights of teachers and students,and they should promote social harmony and stability so as to achieve social fairness and justice. |
