| Abstract: | As a special economic phenomenon, administrative monopoly will be a n important aspect in the future Anti-monopoly Law. As far as its cause of forma tion, functions and classification are concerned, we could find out that adminis trative monopoly is essentially different from the macro-economical regulation o f our country. Therefore, without the regulation of administrative monopoly we c an't assure the healthy development of our country's economy. |
