摘    要:天然绿色制冷剂丙烷(R290)与冷冻油的互溶特性研究已成为替代CFCs和HCFCs的焦点。本文分析了丙烷与制冷空调中常用制冷剂的热力学特性,阐述了丙烷替代R22的途径,并着重通过丙烷与所选润滑油的互溶性对比实验,得出了丙烷制冷空调系统中可采用的最佳冷冻油及其配比。

Abstract:The solubility of propane (R290) , the natural refrigerant, with different kinds of refrigerating oil has become the focus to the substitutes for CFCs and HCFCs. This paper analyzes the thermodynamic characteristics of propane in refrigerating and air-conditioning systems, and elaborates the methods to substitute propane for R22. And through the significant comparative experiments of refrigerant mixtures as selected, the authors of this paper have concluded the optimized available propane mixture and matching principles of R290 with the refrigerating oil in air conditioning system.
