| 摘 要： | 文章通过调查问卷考察了187名非英语专业大学生对英美文化的认同及其与英语水平的关系。结果表明:37.4%的大学生认同英美文化,11.2%的大学生处于对中国文化和英美文化认同的矛盾之中;文化认同与英语水平呈弱正相关。文章分析了可能的原因并提出了两点建议。

| Abstract: | Through questionnaire this article investigated 187 non-English majors’ identification with Anglo-American culture and its correlation to English proficiency,it found that 37.4% of English learners have identified with Anglo-American culture and 11.2% have been struggling between the identification with either Anglo-American culture or Chinese one.In addition,there was a weak potitive correlation between learners’ cultural identification and English proficiency.This paper discussed the underlying factors and finally proposed two suggestions to deal with the present situation. |
