教师课堂教学质量的综合评价

摘    要:传统的课堂教学评价方法不能公正、合理地去评价教师的教学水平和课堂教学质量,存在较多弊端。为了弥补传统教学评价的不足,改善测评效果,拟建立科学、合理的课堂教学质量考核指标体系,确定规范的考核标准,运用模糊综合评价模型对课堂教学质量进行评价。

Abstract:With many defects,traditional methods of evaluation for classroom teaching often fail to give a fair and objective evaluation for a teacher's level and quality of classroom teaching.In order to overcome the defects,the author,combining qualitative and quantitative tests,establishes a scientific index system for evaluating the quality of classroom teaching,defines the test standards,and chooses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation models to evaluate a teacher's quality of classroom teaching.
