| 摘 要： | 北宋时期黄河频繁决溢、日常防护不断,由此也导致物料的日常耗费、储备规模都颇为可观.为保障黄河防治的顺利开展,朝廷也逐渐在物料的准备、使用、保管等多重环节加强检计,形成一整套较为完善的体制,从而对当时的黄河防治发挥了重要作用.北宋时期黄河防治中物料检计制度的确立,对宋代乃至后世的黄河防治都具有一定的积极作用.

The Supervision of Materials Used in the Yellow River Flood Prevention of North Song Dynasty |

| Abstract: | Yellow River flood happened frequently in the North Song Dynasty, therefore, there was much cost needed to control the disaster. To ensure the Yellow River flood prevention work, the Song Dynasty strengthened the supervision on the use and storage of materials,formed a set of perfect system , which played an important role in preventing Yellow flood. The materials supervision system during the Yellow River flood was positive to the Song Dynasty and later Yellow River prevention work. |
