| 摘 要： | 管理出质量,管理出效益,提高管理水平已成为推动我院办学发展的当务之急,而明确并充分发挥各管理职能部门的作用则是提高管理水平的根本保证。本文就办公室的管理职能作用从五个方面进行了论证,并对提高办公室工作效率的管理举措进行了有益的探索。
