摘    要:学科是高校核心竞争力的关键要素,特色学科与专业建设关系到行业特色高校科研和人才培养等方面职能的发挥。学科中的特色学科是学科建设中最为活跃的因素。特色学科需要不断积累与积淀才能形成,学科建设中如果单纯追求特色而忽视其学科基础,则特色学科很难持续发展。特色学科可以为专业人才培养提供高水平的师资、良好的环境与制度支持。通过对船舶特色电子与通信工程学科及其相关本科专业特色化建设进行的一系列探索,取得了较好效果,其结果具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。

Abstract:Discipline is the key ingredient of core competitiveness for a university.For universities with industry characteristics,character discipline and specialty construction matters to the display of its functions of scientific research and talent training.Character discipline is the most active factor in discipline construction.Character discipline can only be formed by continuous accumulation,and it is hard to keep sustainable development of the characteristic discipline if the focus only is put on the pursuit of character but the disciplinary basis is neglected in discipline construction.Character discipline can help provide a high- level teaching staff,good environment and institutional support.Through a series of explorations into the character discipline construction of the electronics and communication engineering specialty with marine character,certain effects have been achieved,which is of significance for reference.
