| 摘 要： | 大学发展到今天已成为一个多元文化组织。大学的多元文化体现在崇尚自由、主张平等、倡导和谐、强调共生等。多元文化的存在不仅能够使得大学彰显活力,而且对大学三大职能的发挥起着促进作用。在多元文化建设的基础上,大学文化建设还应选择符合我国社会主义核心价值观的优秀文化,进而使得大学文化起到引领社会思潮、凝聚社会共识的作用。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, University has become an organization with multi-culture, which comprises the spirits of freedom, equality, harmony and mutualism. The coexistence of multi-culture can not only give power and strength to the development of the university, but also promotes the exertion of university function. Therefore, in the process of university culture construction, multi-culture should be given attention. As the key part of society culture, the building of university culture should also choose the outstanding culture in line with socialist core values, so that it can lead the social ideological trend and aggregate social consensus. |
