摘    要:应用型高校人才培养的质量直接决定着这类高校的生存与发展,怎样培养好这类高校的人才,措施与方法很多,考试改革就是其中之一,但在应用型高校考试改革中,教师扮演着什么样的角色,人们对此还没有形成正确的认识。应用型高校推行考试改革有利于人才培养及其质量的提高,教师应该扮演考试改革制度的设计者、考试改革的积极引导者、考试改革制度的推动者、考试改革制度的执行者的角色。

Abstract:Applied colleges and universities Jsurvival and development depend on the quality of its personnel training. How to bring up the applied talents in these colleges and universities? Examination reform is one of the most effective paths. However, people have not formed a common understanding about what kind of role teachers should play in these applied colleges and universities. Examination reform in applied colleges and universities is beneficial to the improvement of the quality of its students and teachers. This paper puts forward the role of the teacher in the examination system reform, which are designers, actively guiders, promoters and executors.
