摘    要:评价指标的权重分配是体育教师评价体系构建中的关键环节,科学的指标权重确定方法对于评价体系的客观性至关重要。本文采用文献资料和逻辑归纳等方法,对近十年3268篇体育教师评价研究中15个类别的评价体系指标权重确定方法进行了分析与概括,总结了各种方法的优缺点,为今后研究提供参考。

Overview of Researches on the Methods to Determine the Indicators Weights Evaluation System of PE Teachers in China

Abstract:How to determine the indicator weight is essential to the evaluation system of PE teachers. It is crucial to determine the indicator weight reasonably and scientifically of a PE teachers evaluation system. This paper analyses the research on PE teachers' evaluation system in recent ten years by using the methods of literature analysis, induction and synthesis. The PE teachers' evaluation systems encountered in 3268 different literatures can be categorized into 15 types depending upon the nature of the indicators, weights and the inference mechanism being in their design. The approaches in different types for determining the indicators weights receive special focus and the approaches and their advantage, disadvantages are analyzed and summarized, which would be helpful for the future research.
