摘    要:90后大学生生活在各类"微载体"日新月异的网络自媒体时代,其"微特质"表现为:思想独立、个性张扬,追求时尚、善于接受新事物、网络依赖性大、在现实生活中不善与人交流等。作为"微时代"的思想政治教育工作者,应擅长用各种"微载体"与时俱进做好思想政治教育工作。通过运用SWOT分析法对微博、微信等"微载体"以及传统思想政治教育工作进行比较分析,以期从"微角度"这个全新的视点出发找准工作的切入点。同时,构建具有较强"微能力"的思政教育工作者队伍和具有较强"微监控"能力的学生网络舆情监控队伍,倾力打造健康的校园"微生活",引导学生追求健康时尚的"微潮流"。

The Exploration of University Ideological and Political Education in Micro-Age Based on the SWOT Model

Abstract:The college students who were born in 1990s live in the rapidly changing internet We Media age with varied "Micro carrier. " They are independence of thought, self-assertion, pursuing fashion, inclined to new things, internet dependence, and avoidance of communication with others in real life. As a practitioner of the ideological and political education, it' s our duty to establish a team with strong "Micro Ability" and excellent "Micro Monitor" ability to control public opinion on the internet. In this paper, we use the SWOT model to compare the traditional ideological and political education with the one in the age full of micro-blog and WeChat, and capture the focus and key of ideological and political education in the micro-age in order to develop healthy "Micro Life" in the campus and guide the students to pursue healthy "Micro Fashion. "
