| 摘 要： | 近几年,随着我国经济社会的快速发展,人们购买机动车辆的增多,道路交通运输变得日渐繁忙。由于一些驾驶员的交通安全意识不强,违章驾驶,交通事故的发生率也在逐年递增,由此而引起的人身、财产损害赔偿案件也随之上升。本文就道路交通事故的责任认定及其赔偿责任谈一些自己的看法。

| Abstract: | During the recent years,with the rapid economic and social development in our country,more and more people have bought vehicles and as a result,road transportation is being busier and busier.Due to some drivers' inattention to transportation safter,the rate of breaking regulations and road accidents is increasing year and year.Consequently,the cases about the compensation for bodily harm and property damage are increasing too.To use the little to get the big,the present paper puts forward some views on the confirmation of responsibility for road accidents and the liability for compensation. |
