| 摘 要： | 对四川省5所高校中的600名体育教育专业学生进行了问卷调查,通过T检验和多元方差分析得知学生职业生涯规划情况在性别、年级以及专业上都无明显差异,职业生涯规划教育情况让人堪忧.根据此情况,从系统化职业生涯规划管理、师资引进与培养、教材及教育体系建立和实践训练等四个方面提出了相关对策.

| Abstract: | A questionnaire is conducted among 600 physical education majors in 5 Sichuan colleges.Through the T test and multivariate analysis,this paper finds no significant difference in sex,grade and major in terms of the career planning,which is pretty worrisome.Countermeasures are proposed in terms of systematic career planning and management,introduction and cultivation of teachers,textbook construction and education system construction. |
