| 摘 要： | 公司财务课程内容繁多,开放教育面授课学习时间有限,是摆在教师与学生面前的两大难题。图表法在面授课教学中能够大幅提高课程教学的效果,提升学习者的学习热情和效率,是适应开放教育教学模式的一种行之有效的教学方法。

| Abstract: | The two major problems for teachers and students in teaching the course of corporation finance are: complex contents and limited tutorial time.Using diagram method in teaching can greatly improve the teaching effect,stimulate learners' learning enthusiasm and efficiency.Therefore,it is an effective teaching method in adapting to the teaching mode of open education. |
