| Abstract: | In response to the fact that intralingual translation is neglected in the teaching of college English in higher vocational education,this essay introduces what is intralingual translation and what factors are influential in it,illustrates the frequently occurred mistakes in the students translation due to absence of intralingual translation,and argues that it is necessary to give more weight to intralingual translation in textbooks compiling and teaching. |
