| 摘 要： | 团干部是党的青年干部队伍的重要组成部分，研究青年干部的领导方略，我们选取共青团干部作为对象加以阐述。在马克思主义视域下，共青团作为党的助手和后备军，这在逻辑上决定了团干部领导工作的特殊性。团干部的领导理念、领导方法和艺术，是团干部解决“过河”的“桥”和“船”的问题。

| Abstract: | The Communist Young League cadres are the important part of youth cadre team.We choose CYL cadres for researching young cadres’ leading strategies.In the horizon of Marxism,CYL are assistants and reserves of the Party which logically determines the particularity of CYL cadres’ leading.CYL cadres’ leading concept,method and skill is the problem solving ability for CYL cadres. |
