中学教师教学策略的发展趋势探讨

摘    要:教学策略是衡量教师教学水平的重要指标,如何有效地促进新教师教学策略的成长是教师教育的一项重要内容.该研究以中学教师为对象,通过量表调查及访谈等方法对新手、熟手及专家三类教师的教学策略进行分析探讨,发现从新手型到熟手型教师的转化过程主要是基本教学程序的熟练过程,而从热手型教师到专家型教师则是一个解决复杂的教学问题的思维技能的获得过程.因此,在实际的教师教育过程中,应注意加强新手型教师课前策略与课中策略的结合,尽快熟练教学;促进熟手型教师课前策略与课后策略的结合,培养创新能力.

Abstract:Teaching strategy is a important target to measure the a teacher,and it is important for teacher education to effectively promote the development of teaching Strategy.This research compared the teaching strategy of different kinds of teacher in middle school by using the questionnaire and conversation.It is found that there was a process of mastering basic teaching procedure from novice to proficient teacher,and a process of acquiring thinking skills about the solution of complicated teaching problems from proficient to expert teacher.Based on these findings,for the novice teacher,it's important to be skilful at teaching activity and strengthen the link between strategies-before-class and strategies-in-class,and for the proficient teacher,it's important to develop creating ability and combine the strategies-before-class and strategies-after-class.
