摘    要:介绍了汽车轮毂轻量化设计的意义,详细阐述了汽车轮毂轻量化设计的过程,并以实际轮毂为样本,根据CAE软件对轮毂的力学性能进行的数据模拟分析,对轮毂结构进行了改进,达到了轮毂轻量化设计的目的。

Abstract:The significance of the lightweight design of the automobile wheel hub is introduced,the design process of automobile wheel hub lightweight is elaborated in detail,and take the actual wheel hub as a sample,according to the data simulation analysis of the wheel hub mechanics performance by the CAE software,the improvement to the wheel hub structure has been made,has achieved the wheel hub lightweight design goal.
