| 摘 要： | 公共领域是一个处于私人领域和国家之间的社会交往及理性批判空间,其核心是公共利益和公共意志。其建构以社会相对分离和民主制度建立为基础,由主体、公共空间、自由交往和共识四个要素构成。网络的发展无疑给公共领域的构建带来新的机遇,但也助长了消费主义的泛滥,带来了严格的信息过滤以及社会群体极端化、分裂化的倾向,使公共领域的构建面临新的困境。而这一困境的解决有赖于自由表达体制的建立和政治现代化的进程。

| Abstract: | Public sphere is a space of social interaction and rational criticism as a connection between personal sphere and national sphere,with public benefits and public will as its essence.Based on relative separation of society and elaboration of democracy,public sphere is constructed by subject,public space,free communication and consensus.Although the development of network with no doubt brings a new opportunity for the construction of public sphere,yet it contributes to a tendency of going to extremes and cleft of social group,resulted as a predicament forthe construction of public sphere.And the salvation to the predicament shall depend on the constructive system forfreedom of expression,along with the program of political modernization. |
