| 摘 要： | 目前我国的体育彩票的交易双方的权利和义务关系极其不对称,彩民处于无保护的弱势地位,不利于我国体育体育彩票的发展.通过立法来引入信息披露制度是体现公开公平公正原则、防止欺诈的有效举措,也是增强彩民信任感的有效途径.因而信息披露制度的引入对维护体育彩票市场公平公正、保护彩民的合法权益无疑有着重要作用.通过文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,借鉴证券市场上信息披露制度成果的经验,对目前我国体育彩票引入信息披露制度的必要性、可行性进行了分析,提出了确立体育彩票信息披露制度真实性、充分性和及时性等原则,以及对我国体育彩票发行与销售的信息、对体育彩票公益金分配使用的信息等内容进行披露的建议.
