| 摘 要： | 执行力文化就是把“执行力”作为所有行为的最高准则和终极目标的文化。它涉及的是“怎样做正确的事”，决定事情的效果。图书馆执行力文化是图书馆价值观得以体现的根本保证，也是搞好图书馆建设的关键。引入竞争机制能提高员工素质和责任心，促进图书馆事业的发展。
