| 摘 要： | 普通中学的办学模式政策的核心内容是协调普通中学的办学模式的内外部关系。无论从内部关系来看 ,还是从外部关系来看 ,当前我国的普通中学的办学模式均存在问题。要解决这些政策问题 ,可以采取以下对策 :理顺政校关系 ,加强宏观调控 ;区位整合 ,办学模式政策配套服务 ;政策重心由“重点”向“非重点”转移 ;突出办学个性 ,增强办学的“造血”功能。
