| Abstract: | In China, teachers＇ pre-occupational cultivation is emphasized, while post-career training is despised. All this goes against the world trend of integration. To solve this problem , teachers＇ educational concepts, teaching content, teaching organization, and teaching policy should all be designed and integrated. |
