| 摘 要： | 近代以来中国出现了历史上第四个灾害高发期，即“清末自然灾害群发期”，水灾仍然是这一时期最频繁、最酷烈的自然灾害，尤其是黄河，更是“三年两决口”。导致黄河下游水灾频发的因素颇多，但近代以来黄河中上游生态环境的恶化(以陕西为例)是其主要原因之一。

| Abstract: | The fourth disaster period, in which natural disasters appeared frequently, was in the late Qing dynasty. The flood was still the most frequent and fiercest natural disaster. The Yellow River burst almost every year. Among various factors, the ecological environment destruction of the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River (take Sha'nxi for example) was one of the causes for the lower reaches of the Yellow River flood in modern ages. |
