| Abstract: | The vegetable of fats. and oils are not only daily necessities,but also important industrial raw materials.The Tiantian Mountains are rich in vegetable fat and oil resources, containing about 293 species. This paperdiscussed the oil contents and the main uses of the 99 species among These, thus providing a scientific evi-dence for utilizing this resources. |
