| 摘 要： | 高职院校学生干部在任职之初都干劲十足,然而随着时间的推移,他们对工作的激情慢慢减退,有些甚至退出了学生干部队伍。究其原因,除了学生干部本身的原因之外,主要还是因为高职院校对学生干部的激励不够。针对这些问题,本文分析了高职院校学生干部激励的现状和不足,并在此基础上对激励提出一些对策,以期调动学生干部积极性,使其最大限度发挥潜能。

| Abstract: | The student cadres of the higher vocational college are full of energy at the beginning of the work, however. As time goes on, their passion of the work declines slowly. Some of them even get out of the student cadres. In addition to the student cadre＇s own reason, there is not enough incentive to the student cadres of the high vocational college. To solve these problems, this article analyzes the present situation and the insufficiency of the higher vocational college student cadre incentive. On this basis it puts forward some countermeasures on incentive to arouse the enthusiasm of student cadres and put their potential to the maximum. |
