| 摘 要： | 商务英语专业开展外贸人才订单培养,重视企业利益,寻找合作"共赢"点是核心;弹性实施,克服订单培养"刚性要求"与人才可持续发展之间的矛盾是关键;学生职业品质教育是必要辅助。只有以利益为驱动力,创新管理,才能有效激发企业与学生参与的积极性,拓展订单培养的深度与广度。

| Abstract: | Talent order-type cultivation in higher vocational colleges is an effective mode of education to realize school-enterprise synergetic innovation and foster highly skilled talents. But the practice of foreign trade talents order-type cultivation has met with the reluctance from both enterprises and students. Through practice and analysis, it is found that the vacancy of enterprises’benefit and students’multi worries about self-development are the reasons for their inactivity in participation. Only by the drive of benefits, innovative management and flexible execution can enterprises and students be motivated to work together and achieve common success. |
