| 摘 要： | 高校“两课”教师是马克思主义理论和党的路线方针政策的宣讲者，承担着巩固马克思主义在高校的主导地位的重任。而“两课”教师的师德又直接关系到教学质量的提高和教育的效果。本文遵循党中央、国务院《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》的要求，强调通过加强师德建设，提升教师育人的本领和素质，从而增强大学生德育及思想政治教育的实效性。

| Abstract: | Political teachers in colleges are the spreaders of Marxist theory and the Party's guidelines and polices,undertaking the important task of consolidating the dominant status of Marxism in colleges. Political teacher's virtue has influence on the raising of teaching quality and the result of education. In accordance to the Suggestions by the Party Central Committee and the State Council on Further Strengthening and Improving Political Work for College Students, the writing stresses that, by strengthening the building of teacher' s virtue, we can better teacher' s educating ability and qualifications so as to strengthen the effect of virtue education and political work for college students. |
