| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法，对中国职业足球联赛电视转播权开发存在问题进行分析，认为目前中国职业足球联赛电视转播权开发主要问题包括：处于起步阶段；有形成正常的市场化环境；联赛质量不高是电视转播权开发的重要制约因素。提出中国职业足球联赛电视转播权开发的相应对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature, this paper makes analysis on existing problem of TV broadcasting rights in professional football league match in China. The result shows that there are four main issues restricting broadcasting rights ： the initial stage, the formation of a normal market environment, low - level of professional league match and put forwards corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. |
