| 摘 要： | 十六大“毫不动摇地鼓励、支持和引导非公有制经济的发展”是解放生产力、发展生产力的重大战略调整。廊坊市以此为契机，紧抓机遇，积极推进非公有制经济发展。非公有制经济已成为廊坊经济发展的主力军及廊坊区域经济增长的重要支撑。

| Abstract: | In the 16th people's congress, "resolutely encouraging, supporting and guiding the development of non - public economy" is a significant adjustment of the strategy to liberate and develop the labor forces. Lang fang city based on it grasps the opportunity, and actively improves the development of non -public economy. Now it has become the main factor and the polar economy in Langfang and the regional economic development. |
