摘    要:我国新的〈九年义务教育普通高级中学体育(1-6年级)体育与健康(7-12年级)课程标准〉是学校体育教育改革的一项重要成果,但在实施过程中难免遇到新困惑和矛盾.为了更好地把握新课程标准的精神实质,全面推动学校体育课程改革.运用文献资料和逻辑分析法,阐述了学校体育与竞技体育的新型关系,探讨了全面发展与专项发展的辨证统一关系,明确了学生主体地位与"放羊式"教学的本质区别,理顺了传授知识与培养兴趣的教学思路.

Abstract:The new physical education curriculum standard is an important production of school physical education innovation. To grasp the spirit of the new physical education curriculum standard, the paper expatiated on the new relationship of school physical education and competitive sports, full - fledge and expert develop of physical education. The paper definitized essence difference between the new teaching mode and the old one to provide a reference for school physical education.
