| Abstract: | In accordance with the problems in the work of scientific research in higher vocational school, the management mechanism of topic system should be established urgently. In the process of implementing topic system the variety of topic should be guaranteed, fund management should be rational, supervision and control system should be perfect and the side effect of topic system should be avoided. |
