| 摘 要： | 参照国外旅游管理类高等教育人才培养模式，结合我国的实际，在创新教育的背景下，提出了我国旅游类高等教育的人才培养模式。对实施具有创新精神和实践能力的旅游管理类高等教育的人才培养具有很强的可操作性。
