The theory base, process model and management of enterprise S&T operation |

| Abstract: | As the scarcity of enterprise S&T resource, the enterprise's central issue should be better the S&T resource allocation and using. S&T operation is the developing demand of modern enterprise. This paper studies theory base, and sets up process model, and inquires into main content of management about enterprise S&T operation. |
